Food:
Three meals are provided by SISA through the Lawrence University dining service. This is a cafeteria style set-up with a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
Lodging:
On-campus:
Free housing for students will be available in a limited capacity on the Lawrence University Campus. This is an opportunity to significantly lower the cost of attendance for students. The majority of students will be sleeping on couches and floors in on-campus houses held by student organizations (i.e. houses dedicated to cooperative living, sustainable lifestyles, music, art, etc...) as well as the living rooms of dormitory suites. We recommend bringing a sleeping pad, sleeping bag, and blankets. Everyone will have access to a private bathroom and will have a host student that will answer any questions and make sure you have access to the room. Groups registering together will be placed in the same housing location.

Off-campus:
We recommend the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel located in the heart of downtown Appleton and only a short walk to Lawrence. When making a reservation say you are with the Student Initiatives in Sustainable Agriculture Conference and receive a discounted rate of $99/night (based on availability).

Parking:
Please park on the 4th floor of the Soldiers Square parking ramp west of the YMCA designated on the campus map. The parking ramp is south off of College Avenue on South Oneida Street. Appleton does not allow overnight parking on the streets.
Flying:
Outagamie County Regional Airport (ATW), Appleton, WI
Upon request conference attendees can be shuttled from the Appleton airport to Lawrence campus free of cost.
General Mitchell International Airport (MKE), Milwaukee, WI
The Milwaukee airport is approximately 2 hours south of Appleton. A shuttle will run from the airport to Lawrence late Friday evening (time will vary depending upon flights) and back to Milwaukee at 3:30pm on Sunday.
